Cold and Hot Forming
Hot forming is the process of shaping metal by preheating it to high temperatures, typically between 700°C and 1200°C. Cold forming, on the other hand, involves shaping metal at or slightly above room temperature, usually between room temperature and 200°C. This process is carried out using presses and CNC devices. At Topbaş Group facilities, we offer more than 50 machines, including hot forging presses, burr cutting presses, finishing lines, and a 400-thousand-ton press.
