ZCF, a subsidiary of Topbaş Group, has over 10 years of experience in sub-component production for Zimaş, manufacturing hundreds of products including bolts, nuts, and fasteners. Combining expertise in cold forging with a commitment to quality and customer-oriented service, ZCF possesses the capability to create its own molds and operates a machine park capable of producing a diverse range of over 200 products.
The facility’s current annealing furnace has a capacity of 4 tons for diameters up to 20 mm and 2 tons for diameters exceeding 20 mm. Notably, 70% of this capacity is dedicated to producing semi-finished products for Zimaş.
